Somehow she worked into the conversation what features and colors I was interested in while bringing up several trucks for me to test drive. Although it wasn't one of the colors I preferred, we soon were working towards closing a deal. I felt she was working with me as much as Cortese. It took a second day, but she helped bring me in to sign a deal. She introduced us around to several others, including service. In my eyes she's one of the reasons we keep coming back to Cortese and recommend them to others. It almost feels like we're all family. More

We had a 3:45 appointment on a Friday afternoon, intending to "just look" at a Lincoln. By 6:00 we were on our way home with a new Lincoln of our choice, thus eliminating a return trip the next day intending to "just look" at a Lincoln.
