We were treated very professionally by all three persons with whom we dealt. Our questions were answered honestly and fully. Bob was very good about telling us what we needed to know, and explained the aspe with whom we dealt. Our questions were answered honestly and fully. John went out of his way to make some concessions to us, and Dan was also clear and efficient in doing his part. The process of getting financed was not an easy task and Andrea made herself available to me at all times through text messages and phone calls. I felt like her only customer! If I had a question about anything she always had time for me. She was also quick to respond to text messages even when she was home on her day off. If that’s not dedication I don’t know what is. When i first went to Corteese ford i was so excited, it was the frist time i was getting car on my own, i knew what i wanted but at the same time i was open to new ides. Even after the car i first picked was out of my price range they worked with me to find a car in my budget, while at the same time finding cars that had the same bells and whisltes that i orginally wanted. I honestly couldnt have asked for better coustomer service. Andrea and Shane made my experiance with them very enjoyable. They added a very personal interaction with me that made my experiance unforgettable. Great customer service. Every enthusiastic and willing to work with individual. I got everything I wanted in my new car. I was given a much better trade-in value for my used vehicle than other dealers quoted work with individual. I got everything I wanted in my new car. I was given a much better trade-in value for my used vehicle than other dealers quoted, however, I felt they could have dropped the price a little to get my payments in a better price range for my new one. Overall, I would recommend them and return to them in the future. Much better experience than my last dealer!!! More
I think the vehicle was too expensive 400 dollars for 72 months. Im paying almost $30,000 dollars for a 2010 Dodge Journey -- price is too high. Also Mr Harmor didnt know a whole lot about my vehicle's features, not as much as he should have. Also Mr Harmor said the vehicle came with no owners manual, after I purchased it, which is ridiculous, fortunately I later found the manual in the car and it explained to me so many things that Mr. Harmor did not go over; thank goodness I found my manual!
