Went to buy a 2012 Ford Focus from Cortese Ford on 3/16/12. I was a little nervous and didn't want to get screwed over like most dealerships do. Tim May is the man. He is very professional as well as friendly from start to finish of the whole process. After visiting the Cortese web site, My phone rang and it was Cortese calling me. I said I was on my way to visit them, they ask me how long it would be, I said, 15 minutes, they said that Maria would meet was Cortese calling me. From that moment on I couldn't believe the assistance, friendly, professional service that I received. Maria Explained that she was new at this and if there are any questions that she couldn't answer, she would find the answer for me, and she did! I felt so comfortable talking with her and the staff. I haven't felt this way in a long time. I did purchase a new Chrysler Touring Van and The service department did a great job in installing a remote start and prepairing the vehicle for me.
