We went to Cortese Lincoln looking at a couple of different models there after having checked out other models and makes. We test drove a MKS with Steve and decided that was the model we wanted. Out of all the Lincoln dealerships I've visited and purchased vehicles from Cortese had the nicest facility and a very good selection of vehicles to choose from. Steve was the friendliest salesperson by far and was very knowledgeable and not in the least bit pushy or overbearing as many car sales reps can be. As I am looking to add another Lincoln to my household I will again be looking to Steve for that sale. More

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he listened to me regarding my price range and what I wanted in a vehicle, and he went to great lengths to get me the deal I was looking for. He never made it feel like I was being pressured into buying a vehicle and he was very patient with me while I made my decision. This was very important to me, and I actually walked away from two previous dealerships, because of their high pressure sales people. When I picked up the vehicle, he had everything ready and waiting for me and there were no hidden fees or extra costs of any kind. Joe in the finance department made all the paperwork as smooth as possible and he explained everything in detail. Andrea went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle needs. I was not ready to purchase a vehicle when I first came to Cortese. Andrea allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in wit needs. I was not ready to purchase a vehicle when I first came to Cortese. About three weeks later my husband and I went to Vision Ford to check out the Ford Escape, because Vision is closer to our home. We were not impressed with the sales tactics there so I went back to Andrea at Cortese. They did not have the Escape that I wanted in the lot, and Andrea went the extra mile to get the vehicle for me. I generally hate purchasing a new car but Andrea and the Cortese group made it a seamless and enjoyable experience and I was extremely pleased walking our the door. This is my first Ford purchase and will not be the last with Cortese. More

We had to custom order the vehicle in order to get the right truck, and twice we were given dates by Ford that didn't work out. The truck eventually arrived about three weeks later than the first date given. Through the delays Steve properly communicated and tried to get definitive answers. He had handled the selection process in a professional way and became our advocate through the process. We appreciate him and his sense of humor greatly. Once the vehicle arrived he did an excellent job of getting the add-ons taken care of in a timely way. We're now ready to go/tow.
