Since I hadn't purchased a new vehicle in many years, I was a bit apprehensive when I first went to Cortese. I was pleasantly surprised by everyone's friendliness and patience. Tom Fogg was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as courteous throughout the buying process, often checking with me in the waiting room to see how I was doing while the paperwork and car were being prepared for delivery. I could tell from my one visit that this is the way Cortese Auto prefers to treat it's customers, and I will be back when my Jeep needs any service. I'll also recommend this dealership to any of my friends when they're in the market for a car. More

Andrea went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle needs. I was not ready to purchase a vehicle when I first came to Cortese. Andrea allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in wit needs. I was not ready to purchase a vehicle when I first came to Cortese. About three weeks later my husband and I went to Vision Ford to check out the Ford Escape, because Vision is closer to our home. We were not impressed with the sales tactics there so I went back to Andrea at Cortese. They did not have the Escape that I wanted in the lot, and Andrea went the extra mile to get the vehicle for me. I generally hate purchasing a new car but Andrea and the Cortese group made it a seamless and enjoyable experience and I was extremely pleased walking our the door. I have given the above rating because of the care and effort that Stephen Moser put out in getting our truck right and getting the after market finishing touches taken care of. We had to custom order the vehicle in order to get the right truck, and twice we were given dates by Ford that didn't work out. The truck eventually arrived about three weeks later than the first date given. Through the delays Steve properly communicated and tried to get definitive answers. He had handled the selection process in a professional way and became our advocate through the process. We appreciate him and his sense of humor greatly. Once the vehicle arrived he did an excellent job of getting the add-ons taken care of in a timely way. We're now ready to go/tow. Being new to the area and in need of a new car, a very good friend recommended I visit Cortese. He has bought a few new Fords in the past year from Cortese. He was very friendly and pleased that I was sent to him. He showed me the vehicle I was looking for, got the keys and a plate and off we went. After test driving the Fusion and returning to the dealership, we sat down and went over my options before I left. I returned in a few days to talk to him again but unfortunately he was off. I was "handed off" to Denise. She took over for Steve, came up with a deal we agreed upon. After visiting with Joe in Financing, I was pleasantly surprised with a better deal when she returned. After accepting the deal, and financing was approved, I learned I could receive the car that same day. I have never been treated so royally when purchasing a vehicle. I had been dealing with the same dealership in another city for many years and never was given the treatment the day I bought my Ford Fusion from Cortese. I will defineately visit them again when I am in need of another vehicle. I would highly recommend the Cortese dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

When I purchased my Jeep Wrangler this week, the same level of professionalism was shown from the beginning through the end of the process.
