Being new to the area and in need of a new car, a very good friend recommended I visit Cortese. He has bought a few new Fords in the past year from Cortese. He even selected a vehicle I should inquire about and suggested I speak with Stephen Moser. I stopped in and introduced myself to Mr. Moser and explained why I was there and who sent me. He was very friendly and pleased that I was sent to him. He showed me the vehicle I was looking for, got the keys and a plate and off we went. After test driving the Fusion and returning to the dealership, we sat down and went over my options before I left. I returned in a few days to talk to him again but unfortunately he was off. I was "handed off" to Denise. She took over for Steve, came up with a deal we agreed upon. After visiting with Joe in Financing, I was pleasantly surprised with a better deal when she returned. After accepting the deal, and financing was approved, I learned I could receive the car that same day. I have never been treated so royally when purchasing a vehicle. I had been dealing with the same dealership in another city for many years and never was given the treatment the day I bought my Ford Fusion from Cortese. I will defineately visit them again when I am in need of another vehicle. I would highly recommend the Cortese dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Tizo was very understanding, and quickly offered suggestions for another vehicle, which we eventually purchased (Durango). He was very knowledgeable of the products and services offered, as well as the rebates that applied to my purchase. When I purchased my Jeep Wrangler this week, the same level of professionalism was shown from the beginning through the end of the process. I would highly recommend Cortese Auto, and more specifically Tizo Maduro for anyone looking to purchase a new Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep product. More

We saw a vehicle on the internet, called in, spoke to salesperson,Bill Clifford and made an appointment to test drive the car. Bill explained every aspect of the vehicle and told us the asking price. There was no pressure to purchase, Bill was friendly, knowledgeable and professional; no 'car salesmen' mentality. After a couple of days to consider the purchase, we called him with an offer, which included an extended warranty and a trade-in. Bill countered once ($400 over our offer) and we agreed to what we believed to be a fair price. We needed the paper work sent out of state for signatures and the staff at Cortese preformed all the necessary steps to close the contract within days. We purchased a vehicle from Cortese with: a courteous salesperson without pressure and got a fair price How many time can someone say that! PS: I have already recommended Bill twice. More

My husband and I just bought our used car from Cortese and was very impressed with the fast and friendly service we received. After we bought our car we notice the headlight had some water in it and was and was very impressed with the fast and friendly service we received. Wayne Rainey and explained the situation to him and he said to bring it right and would have one of service guys look at. We spoke with Charles Halter and he said they would have to order a new one and would be able to put it in as soon as it came in. The next day we got a call from them saying it was in and to come right up so they can replace. We got there and it took them about 15 minutes to replace the old one. We were so please and impressed with the fast service we received. Most of all we were happy that the $200.00 headlight was covered under our 60 day warranty and we did not have to pay a thing. Thank you Cortese for your excellent service you had given my husband and I. More
