Out of all the dealers that I stopped into well looking for a new car, Andrea was the only one that took the time to mail a personal note to me asking how thing were going with finding a new car. Not a mass mailer making deals that she can't keep. Just a note asking how it was going. The management at Cortese should do what they have to keep Andrea at there dealerships. My husband and I were directed towards Cortese through the USAA Car buying service. (Military based system) The representatives there not only were helpful, but friendly. They worked with us to get the exact vehicle we wanted at the price we preferred. When we first contacted the dealer. We spoke with Michelle who was completely up to date with all of the material that our Company had sent over to the dealer. She was very professional in making sure that Cortese had the correct color and model in the vehicle we were seeking out. When the vehicles began being sold, she did call us back and made sure that the model that we were interested was saved for us at the dealer. We did buy that vehicle. At the dealership we were helped by David Hilner. He was not only professional but made sure we were comfortable through the entire car buying experience. I had a very specific Chrysler Town and Country Limited that I wanted, in a specific color with specific options. I went in to the dealership and met Tom. He was friendly and immediately began searching fo that I wanted, in a specific color with specific options. I went in to the dealership and met Tom. He was friendly and immediately began searching for the vehicle. They were able to locate the vehicle in PA and began the ordering and freight process. I had to go out of town, and when I returned Tom had everything set up with the vehicle and had it ready. I came in and we got everything handled including my trade in and paperwork in under an hour. He was extremely helpful in explaining the process, following through and showing me all of the features of the new van as well as how everything worked. I was impressed with his level of professionalism and no nonsense approach. There was none of the normal hassle of dealing with managers, reworking numbers, etc.., in fact he found a couple of rebates for me that were not readily known.
