I had an 11:30 amd appt and needed my car back in an hour tops to make it to a demonstration I was doing. I had to be there by 1:00 pm to set up and discuss things with my hostesses. I had a free rotation on file and he took my word for it. How many people believe a customer without double checking? I liked that they trusted me as much as I trust them! Not only that...they had me out in less than 45 minutes and I made it to my Demonstration with time to spare! How many dealerships listen to the customer's needs and deliver on time for you???? Great Dealership! I stopped using the dealership I bought my car at (Doan Dodge) because it always came back with more problems than when I took it in AND one person would say one thing and then the next person would not honor it. I only let Cortese work on my car now. They're the only ones I trust to do it, on time and right! Not to mention - EVERY PERSON IS FRIENDLY!!! Being female a lot of Service Departments act as if I don't know anything. Cortese ALWAYS treats me with respect and the same as they treat any man in there. They don't assume female = stupid about cars. LOVE THAT about them! More

First I want to say this dealership was Fantastic. They really went out of there way to help me out of the bad situation I was in. As a result I still was able to get a new truck and not be lopsided. The salesman Tommy Ciavarri was one of the best I have ever had and I'm 45 yrs. old and have purchased several new cars. Tommy knew my situation and just layed everything on the table right away. There were no games. He also was very knowledgeable about the product. He was so confident that when I first walked in he gave me 2 dvds about the f-150 and stated after I was done watching them I will want a Ford Truck. Well how very true.... He also let me test drive the vehicle right away without hesitation and showed me the whole truck before I even committed to buying it. His friendly approach and knowledge of the product is what sold me. He also was a good listener and did not push anything on me. This is the guy you want selling you a car or truck. This was our first visit to Cortese, we had not planned to buy a vehicle but had decided to start looking after we saw an ad in the paper. We met with Tizo who showed us the Jeep Liberty we were intereste to buy a vehicle but had decided to start looking after we saw an ad in the paper. We met with Tizo who showed us the Jeep Liberty we were interested in. Tizo was very friendly and had a lot of good advice regarding the vehicles and the different options available to us. He was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. There was such a great rebate on the Liberty's that we decided to purchase one. When we picked the vehicle up Tizo introduced us to several staff members that we could come in contact with after the sale so we would feel comfortable bringing our jeep in for service. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Cortese we had a very pleasant experience. More
