Tom Fogg was very easy to work with when I bought my 2011 Jeep Compass on Saturday September 24, 2011. I purchased a 2010 Jeep from Joshua and had an amazing experience. I had picked out the vehicle I was interested online (great website!) and ended up coming right in to meet with Joshua. He welcomed me at the door and the truck was all ready to go. I took it for a spin and fell in love. Joshua worked hard with me to get where we needed to be on financing, I am not an easy case. But thanks to Dan O'Brien in financing I am in my Jeep and he is number one in my book! I stopped in shortly after my purchase to have a tech take a look at my tire as the light had come on. My servicewriter was super (I think it was Bob) I didnt get the name of my tech but I was in and out in 15 minutes. In all my years, I have never filled out a comment form for a dealership. I have to say, hands down, best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Not only would I recommend, I already have! Not to mention picked out my next car. Thank you Cortese! I experienced an issue in which I arrived at the showroom based on my voicemail the day prior. Upon my arrival, I found that Joshua was sent to a training session. This caused a small issue as another sales representative needed to restart all of the paperwork over again. I would (and have already) recommended Cortese to others and I will be sure to return to Cortese when I am ready for another new/used car. More

Andrea did a great job helping me buy my new car. I had done a lot of shopping around but when we stopped at your dealership she was plesent from the start.
