From the moment we walked into the dealership, my wife and I had a great experience. Tom introduced himself and we told him what we wanted to look at. We had been looking for a vehicle for some time now and I had a great experience. Tom introduced himself and we told him what we wanted to look at. We felt 'comfortable' dealing with Tom. We had arrived at this dealership after leaving a previous car lot on a Sunday at about noon with our 2-year old . Because he needed food and a nap, we needed to leave and return to talk the deal. Tommy {as he became to be known as} was EXTREMELY acceptable of our situation and indicated that he would stay until we were satisfied with our deal. Although they closed at 4pm, we ended up returning at 3pm staying until 6pm with Tommy & Ron! Talk about service!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer. {Not to mention that my wife had purchased a new vehicle from them 10 years prior ...} Repeat sales and service tells you they're doing something right! More
