Great service I recently leased a Ford Escape. The CD player was not working. My service team member ordered a replacement. It was installed within a few weeks and I recently leased a Ford Escape. Recall work I took my car in for an involved recall. It was originally scheduled for two full days, but ended up being a week and a half. I did get a rental vehic I took my car in for an involved recall. It was originally scheduled for two full days, but ended up being a week and a half. Oil change and rotate tires. Jeep would shake at 65mph and problem was resolved quickly. Staff was very polite. Getting an appointment was no problem at all. Refused to help I brought my car in to fix the engine cradle because it had rusted through and the vehicle had been recalled. They couldn't get to fixing it for 5 day I brought my car in to fix the engine cradle because it had rusted through and the vehicle had been recalled. They couldn't get to fixing it for 5 days and I asked them what I was supposed to do as I had no way to get to work in the meantime and my car was deemed dangerous to drive. They didn't care - I did get a free shuttle back to my house but I have been walking back and forth to work for the past three days. During the shuttle, my driver pulled out his cell phone and started talking about personal things as I was trying to direct him to my house. My family was all surprised that I wasn't offered a loan from the dealership while my car was being worked on - and frankly, now I am, too. One star because my legs are exhausted and for the unsafe shuttle. More
