Dropped my vehicle on a Sunday evening and called afternoon the following day to see if they had any word for me. Woman answering me call said she couldn’t find me in the system. I spelled my name three times and she finally transferred me to the service department. I left a message requesting a callback. The exact same thing happened two days in a row. I was relieved to finally speak to Darren who explained the problem with my car and had it ready for me within a few hours. More

Fast and easy When I called to make the appointment I was able to get in very quickly. I needed an oil change and tire rotation as well as a NYS inspection. I went in and the gentleman who helped me was very friendly. I waited for my car while it was being worked on which didn’t seem to take long at all. When it was done the same person came to get me.
