The usual I’ve just learned to adapt to the poor service that continues to occur at this dealership. I was not charged for the oil change and tire rotation(which didn’t happen), but had I not paid attention I would have paid for services that I did not receive . I was also told that the tires I had on my car “suck”, which I didn’t think was the best way to communicate with a customer. Anyway I’ve dealt with Keith over the phone in the past and nothing ever seems to improve. Whether it’s providing customers a ETA for completion of service or actually completing the services requested , the last 4 times I’ve had my car in , I ALWAYS HAVE A ISSUE. And that’s why we did buy another vehicle from Cortese . More

Oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and recall I had an oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection, and recall all to be handled. They were able to do it all in a little over 40 minutes.
