Tops in the area We have been using the Cortese Ford dealership since we moved to the area almost 18 years ago. We keep bringing our Fords back to the dealership for service even off of warranty, because we trust Keith and the team to do what is needed, and not run up a bill on "might need to be done" things. In fact, I had spoken to Keith about bringing my CTS V to Cortese Ford since I had purchased it out of town, but discovered it would have voided the warranty. More

As I would not be needing my vehicle during this trip, I asked if I could leave my vehicle over the weekend and Monday, and they accommodated me. When I returned from my trip, they gave me a loaner vehicle to use. Progress on the service and availability of the vehicle was relayed to me by text messages from service advisor Patrick Zimmerman. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I found the service was covered by warranty with no hassle. All things considered, a pleasant experience. More

The usual I’ve just learned to adapt to the poor service that continues to occur at this dealership. I was not charged for the oil change and tire rotation(which didn’t happen), but had I not paid attention I would have paid for services that I did not receive . I was also told that the tires I had on my car “suck”, which I didn’t think was the best way to communicate with a customer. Anyway I’ve dealt with Keith over the phone in the past and nothing ever seems to improve. Whether it’s providing customers a ETA for completion of service or actually completing the services requested , the last 4 times I’ve had my car in , I ALWAYS HAVE A ISSUE. And that’s why we did buy another vehicle from Cortese . More
