Since it was a Friday when I called about the transmission problem, I had to have the vehicle The staff at Cortese are very helpful and professional. Since it was a Friday when I called about the transmission problem, I had to have the vehicle towed to Cortese and leave it lver the weekend. When I checked with Patrivk on Monday morning he assured me that it would be taken care of by the end of the day. It was only a few hours until I received a call that the work was done and I could come to get my Ford. All the staff were vety courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience. More

It took a while but they got it! I had a really obscure problem with a door handle "auto one-touch unlock". Bottom line was that it had nothing to do with the handle, or the door... i I had a really obscure problem with a door handle "auto one-touch unlock". Bottom line was that it had nothing to do with the handle, or the door... it was a corroded part in the dash that had gone bad... on a 2018/fairly new vehicle. It took a number of times dropping the car off - and ultimately gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while they worked on it "again". Al Rossiter and everyone in the service dept. were helpful and made what could have been a tough situation very positive. More
