Initially my appointment was set through app for a Tuesday at 12:15. Appointment was confirmed by service dept 5 times telling me not to forget my appointment. When I arrived the Service Rep says no appointment showing and no service available due to everyone at lunch. So I had to come back a 2nd time which was quite inconvenient. So my problem is with your online Ford app not talking with Service Dept. More

the service advisor team, Gary and Ed, took my case with Ford Motor Company and worked with Ford and Michelin to satisfactorily resolve my tire wear problem. Gary did not accept what Michelin offered. Ultim Ford Motor Company and worked with Ford and Michelin to satisfactorily resolve my tire wear problem. Gary did not accept what Michelin offered.
