I had just starting looking for a new pickup when I discovered how difficult it is to find something I was interested in. Meeting Harold by happenstance at the dealership lead him to assist me finding discovered how difficult it is to find something I was interested in. I am dissatisfied with the service 1st when we saw the car the salesman named Greg said it had been service And that it was a one owner vehicle That was a lie . September 3rd my sister filled out the pape car the salesman named Greg said it had been service And that it was a one owner vehicle That was a lie . September 3rd my sister filled out the paperwork got finance she was told to come back and pick the car up he gonna have his service Department look at it. But she get a call From Greg saying the car is no good And that they can't sell it to her. Because it cost too much money to get fixed More

I dropped off vehicle at noon Monday. Mr. Garcia told me that they would need the vehicle 2-3 days. He said he would communicate with me about service options needed after vehicle was looked at. When I had that they would need the vehicle 2-3 days. He said he would communicate with me about service options needed after vehicle was looked at. When I had not heard from him by late Wednesday morning I left a message for him to call me. The work day ended without me hearing from him. Tomorrow will be the fourth day the vehicle has been in the shop after a 2-3 day estimate. I have had no communication from anyone. If I don’t here from them by tomorrow, I’ll attempt to reach a Service Manager by phone. If that fails I will drive to them and attempt talk to the Service Manager or General Manager in person. It’s hard to rate a service when you have received none. More
