Purchased my vehicle here and when I took it in to utilize the oil change and rotation package I purchased, they said they had no info on the vehicle. Bought a “Certified” Jeep Grand Cherokee L from them a week or two after getting the vehicle I noticed the rear windows didn’t roll down brought it to a local dealership for something unrelated and asked week or two after getting the vehicle I noticed the rear windows didn’t roll down brought it to a local dealership for something unrelated and asked them to check it out. Cost me $180 because a fuse was in the wrong spot. Been trying to get ahold of someone in service at Corwin since about a couple other features that don’t work on the vehicle and they won’t return my calls. Left multiple voicemails and texted and called my salesman multiple times. The buying process was easy but now I can’t get a call back and I live hundreds of miles away can’t simply stop in.. very disappointed. More

We booked an oil change online and when we arrived there was no record of it and Jonathen was not interested in what we said about booking online or getting us in that day. We made an appointment for the next day and to test out the online booking made another appointment there for 15 minutes earlier. They had no record of the online booking. I brought up with three people that the online booking didn’t work, they all just changed the subject. I only gave you two stars because of other visits-this one was a one star at best. More
I brought my car there for a problem with the car regarding aftermarket headlights. The headlights were not staying on highbeams when I turned them on. Ren was extremely helpful in getting me into my new Honda CRV Sport-L hybrid and also walked me through every step of the trade in process, answering any questions I had and coordinating my conversations wit CRV Sport-L hybrid and also walked me through every step of the trade in process, answering any questions I had and coordinating my conversations with the rest of the (great) Corwin staff. She also led a great test drive where I was able to both ride and drive (and test out the phone and audio capabilities). Overall this was a fantastic experience and I severely love my car. :) More
