We purchased a 2017 Ford escape on July 9th 2021. We asked them to make sure everything was checked before purchasing and they said yes. One month since our purchase and the alternator is out. The dealership is professional and the staff very friendly. The staff worked extra at getting me into the vehicle I preferred. They found a way to make it happen within my budget and still stay in th friendly. The staff worked extra at getting me into the vehicle I preferred. The dealership was fine overall, my salesperson (Kristi) was great I was very dissatisfied with the parts manager though, he took my order for my add on's but never got back with whether or not they were in was great I was very dissatisfied with the parts manager though, he took my order for my add on's but never got back with whether or not they were in stock, I had to get my salesperson to go find out, then he made her take the stuff out which I thought was very rude.
