**Update it ended up costing me over a thousand dollars to fix the issue on the 2011 they sold me which was missing all 4 tpms meters at time of sale and also see my most recent disappointment getting a 20 to fix the issue on the 2011 they sold me which was missing all 4 tpms meters at time of sale and also see my most recent disappointment getting a 2021***- Traded in my lease 2 WEEKS AGO! The lease payment still came out in the vehicle I traded in. Reached out to the finance manager and he was not helpful and told me I had to call Ally. I called Ally and they told me they never received the paperwork from MY DEALERSHIP to terminate my Jeep, so I had to call the finance manager back again to tell them to send the paperwork. *Purchasing 2011 Ram* Buying the truck was great, but getting the after market and trying to get the tpms fixed has been so painful it gets a 1. They set an appointment at 8 but all the doors are locked and when I did get in the person supposed to check me in was gone. Thought they where gonna check my tpms system cause I told them it's not reading tire pressure and has an error message they checked the tire pressure itself so I had to make another appointment to check the issue. They then told me to go back up front and wait for someone to come make an appointment to get it fixed and no one ever came. After about twenty minutes I left and emailed my sales person Justin Marlow. After waiting all day for a response from someone about when to get my grill and when they will fix the tpms I eventually called them myself to make the appointment to figure out what was wrong with the tire pressure gauges (they sold it to me missing all 4 tpms), and as for the grill since justin marlow never responded to me I had to call and speak to a sales manager who told me no Justin Marlow works there and they had no idea about my free grill (but now I see Justin Marlow is a manager so that's strange) after much pain and phone calls and emails they finally cut me a check instead of the grill I was promised. I let it go and even went back to buy my Jeep and then back again to get my new RAM. I traded in my Jeep for a 2021 RAM which they sold me with a nail in the tire and then made me pay to fix/patch the tire on a truck I hadn't even driven a 100 miles yet, and when I got my 2021 Ram back from aftermarket and the low tire light was on... On a brand new truck... The service team never thought to check it out or even just fill the tire, or it got the nail while getting aftermarket put on, and now the payment issue also, it will be hard to imagine going back when my lease is up. More
