Amazing! My husband and I went in looking to trade in 1 vehicle, but we walked away trading in both our vehicles and getting a pretty good deal on 2 new (to us My husband and I went in looking to trade in 1 vehicle, but we walked away trading in both our vehicles and getting a pretty good deal on 2 new (to us) vehicles. Unfortunately we picked the wrong day to go in on a holiday, but Lisa did an amazing job as did the gentleman from the finance area. It was a late night for all of us, but in the end we have to vehicles that will suit our family nice. Lisa asked several times if there was anything she could get us in terms of drink or snack, and even though she was super busy she made us feel important. More

Patient and Detailed Afrim was so patient with us. We eventually bought a 2015 Ford Escape, but this was after two solid days of spending it with just my wife and I. We test drove quite a few vehicles and he just laid out the facts for us about each one. He never tried any tactics to buy one vehicle or another. He just showed us one that we wanted to see and met our criteria. Eventually we decided on the one we liked, but it did have a couple things wrong with it. Of course Afrim was more than happy to get everything corrected very quickly and at no additional cost to us. I would absolutely buy my next vehicle from Afrim. More
