2....not impressed with the lack of loaner vehicles available when my vehicle was in the shop for over a week. That was an extra $350+ in rental car fees I had to fork out. And also wasn't impressed with the broken parts from my engine that were in the bed of my truck that I now need to dispose of. And I'm not sure what was done to check my tailgate for the recalls a few weeks back, but it suddenly isn't working properly, like it's crooked, but it didn't look like anything is wrong with it so to check it out, it's going to cost me more $$, I elected to leave it and have my regular mechanic take a look at it. I feel like corwin screwed me on the price of this truck to begin with. The service department was great Chris was awesome.
