Buying new Jeep I went to corwin only because I knew one of the sales team members. I had one car in mind that I found online myself and inquired about it. Staff was helpful, although they are all very competitive with getting a sale, it is obvious, it was a good experience. I am happy with my purchase, and the friendliness of staff. One thing I didn’t admire was the pushiness to lend with them, I will be switching my fianancing bank, because my payments are too high and not what I wanted. I waited at the dealership for 6.5 hours which is “average” time it takes to purchase a vehicle. Most people don’t have that amount of time To spend sitting at a dealership, the fianance manager seems to have too many demands to meet with the amount of customers purchasing. (I feel sorry for him, although he was the best employee there by far, all were pleasant but he was definitely a good fit for his job, explained thoroughly the process and was honest and upfront. Very easy to work with and gave me insight regarding things I didn’t understand at first. My only recommendation for the other staff would be to truly listen to what a persons budget is and follow that, instead of pushing and pushing for higher numbers. Some people can’t pull money out of nowhere. Can’t expect people to be pushed to spending money they don’t have. Realistically. The sales manager dave was absolutely awesome, he seems very experienced makes things easy, found exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was well taken care of. More

Engine replacement went to pick it up after competed and found power steering fluid and oil leaking under my truck also a nut in the belt assembly missing, transmission went to pick it up after competed and found power steering fluid and oil leaking under my truck also a nut in the belt assembly missing, transmission dip stick tube is missing a bolt that holds it in place. Engine only lasted 61,000 before a valve spring broke and was in to the same dealership a couple of week prior complaining about engine tick but was told it was a broken manifold bolt they replaced it and I told them the noise was still there they commented it was the hemi sound. More
