Bought a new Jeep I had a great experience. I went into the dealership armed with a lot of knowledge, but they answered all the other questions I had. My salesperson ow I had a great experience. I went into the dealership armed with a lot of knowledge, but they answered all the other questions I had. My salesperson owned the same vehicle, so she knew a lot about the different features that came with it. It did take quite a while to seal the deal, but they wanted to make sure all of the details were covered (financing, aftermarket items, insurance, paperwork). Very nice people. I would highly recommend Corwin to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Disappointed Bought a 2012 van with 73k within the first 3 weeks started having major problems. Both experiences were great ... as has been the service since. I'm glad to say the same level of friendliness and professionalism is also present at their Chrysler / Dodge location. Overall the experience was very good, but not 100% perfect. A couple of questions on the RAM I purchased were addressed, but never completely answered, even after Robert tried asking the appropriate people who I feel should have known. I realize there are hundreds of data points on thousands of vehicles to manage, but with today's record-keeping technology, I was hoping the dealership would have been able to quickly find the answers I was looking for. Obviously, the questions with incomplete answers were not bothersome enough for me not to purchase the truck. Special commendation for Robert ... he actually came in on his day off, TWICE, to help me with this truck. Totally didn't expect that and it was very much appreciated! More
