2014 Ram 1500 Limited Air suspension issues So I bought a pre-owned 1500 Limited with air suspension about 18 months ago, after having numerous issues with the suspension and bringing into servi So I bought a pre-owned 1500 Limited with air suspension about 18 months ago, after having numerous issues with the suspension and bringing into service Tyler the service manager got together with the sales manager Amber and worked with Anthony Ruther our family’s salesperson to get me out of that and into a new 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn. After a little bit of negotiating we were able to come together on a deal. Needless to say I was frustrated and was beginning to doubt the dealership. However this experience renewed my confidence in the dealership, and can say without a doubt that Corwin Dodge definitely cares for their customers. While you may be able to get a better price by driving 200 miles or whatever your thought process is, I highly doubt that you will find a better VALUE for your money. We also have our insurance through Allstate from Corwin and Brad in that department also reviewed our auto and home policies and noticed the previous agent had not put a very important coverage on our homeowners policy. Without him bringing up the sump pump coverage we would have never known we would not have been covered. A huge THANK YOU to everyone involved. More

an unexpected car dealership experience! Jason was a breath of fresh air, not at all what i was expecting from a car salesman. From the initial phone call, (he spent almost an hour and a hal Jason was a breath of fresh air, not at all what i was expecting from a car salesman. From the initial phone call, (he spent almost an hour and a half talking to me and listening to my concerns and questions), to the time he spent with me at the dealership, Jason very helpful. He was able to explain a variety of issues (leasing options, payment options, etc.). Along with Jason, i was impressed by the team of individuals i met with who seemed to genuinely have my best interests at heart (Tim, Derek, Brad and Adam). Thank you ALL!!! More
