Been trying to get ahold of someone in service at Corwin since about a couple other features that don’t work on the vehicle and they won’t return my calls. Left multiple voicemails and texted and called my salesman multiple times. The buying process was easy but now I can’t get a call back and I live hundreds of miles away can’t simply stop in.. very disappointed. More

We booked an oil change online and when we arrived there was no record of it and Jonathen was not interested in what we said about booking online or getting us in that day. We made an appointment for the next day and to test out the online booking made another appointment there for 15 minutes earlier. They had no record of the online booking. I brought up with three people that the online booking didn’t work, they all just changed the subject. I only gave you two stars because of other visits-this one was a one star at best. More
