I took my Chrysler Pacifica in for a routine oil change 9/23, I left the shop and had no oil in my vehicle the next morning. Called the service department about the smoke pouring out of my vehicle, so they 9/23, I left the shop and had no oil in my vehicle the next morning. Called the service department about the smoke pouring out of my vehicle, so they had it towed back to them. They tried telling me that it was only a quart and a half low because the oil filter didn’t seal correctly and the cooling system was cracked. The only thing that came out with the dipstick was white smoke, there was no oil in the vehicle, which caused issues with the cam shaft and timing chains, but rather than take responsibility for the mess up, everything was put through my warranty, yet they jumped on paying the deductible, which was $100. My original oil change was more than that! They gave me a loaner vehicle that was covered in mud and while driving the check engine light came on, but I was told it’s ok as long as it’s not flashing. I had to have the windshield wipers changed and a tire fixed, on the loaner! I refused to continue driving that vehicle, so a rental was given to me from a local company. The updates on my vehicle where few and far between. They ended up having my vehicle for a month, so between the deductible and the rental, it’s still not half of the car payment I had to make on a vehicle I couldn’t drive, through no fault of my own. When I finally got my vehicle back, not even an I’m sorry about the issues, but hey atleast you got over $8,000 worth of new parts. Just an acknowledgment of the mess up, would have been great! I got my vehicle back on 10/23 and I have called the service manager and I’m still waiting for a return call, almost a month later. More

I have to say out of all the cars I have bought through out the years this is the first time that my time was valued. Bought a 2025 Ram 1500 Bighorn about 2 months ago and have had problems twice in the last 2 weeks with the computer in the dash or something shutting down. Joey was incredibly patient while I made my decision about a used vehicle; he did not apply the high pressure sales techniques that caused me to walk away from several other deals. I was pretty sure the vehicle was a find and that I was not going to find anything else of that value at my price point; however, I just wasn't sure I was going to get used to driving it, as it was so different from my previous vehicle of 15 years. Joey let me test drive it 3 times, even suggesting the 3rd test drive to ensure that I felt comfortable. We agreed on a reasonable price and he took extra time explaining the features of the vehicle too. More
