Brittany in finance is also top-notch, super bright, friendly and professional. Luke J. was also super helpful with the after-market add ons. A+ for these three all the way around!! The manager was friendly and very professional. Also everyone makes it clear that if you have any questions going forward they are here for you. They aren't going to abandon you after the sale. Will be the first and last vehicle purchased at this dealership. Customer service was mediocre, tension noted amongst co workers during purchase, manager never showed up when requested, declined to give dealership. Had to wait almost 3 weeks to get 2nd pair of keys when they could have done it at the dealership! Time is money-no consideration whatsoever to new clients! Purchased accessories and other upgrades and they lacked coordination in setting up! Had to come multiple times to dealer in order to have upgrades done and once done they turned in the vehicle filthy with dirt all over the place! More

I purchased a used vehicle from Corwin CDJR in Fall 2024. The initial buying experience was good; but unfortunately, I immediately encountered significant issues with the vehicle that Corwin failed to addres The initial buying experience was good; but unfortunately, I immediately encountered significant issues with the vehicle that Corwin failed to address or disclose, this included raw fuel leaks, coolant leaks, and a damaged control arm - all pose serious safety hazards. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problems, Corwin dismissed these concerns and showed a lack of professionalism and disregard for safety. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning until Corwin significantly improves their service and integrity. More
