I made the attempt to try to buy from Mike at Corwin, which turned into a giant cluster. Mike didn’t seem concerned about anything other than closing the deal - very old school type of salesman. Trying to get payment numbers was almost impossible without calling repeatedly, and even then, I spoke with other staff who had no clue what was going on. I applaud the used car manager for trying to rescue the deal, but I chose to work with a different dealership. The overall process was very frustrating, and Mike along with Corwin needs to reevaluate their processes and focus on the customer needs. Corwin’s vehicle was my #1 choice, and I was ready to buy, but the service I received was terrible. More
