I bought my Jeep from Corwin about a year ago. I got 3 free oil changes and stupidly bought the extended warranty. I had an appointment to 9 am now it's after 11 just for an oil change I have trie I got 3 free oil changes and stupidly bought the extended warranty. I had an appointment to 9 am now it's after 11 just for an oil change I have tried calling 6 times to find out if my Jeep is ready and I keep getting transfered to an answering machine. Just wondering why my Jeep is being held hostage??? Awful customer service. More

Poor customer service! No one ever seems to know what's going on. If I call to see if my car is ready , I will get transferred to " who's in charge of my service.
