6 weeks ago had a light bulb in head lamp replaced and other stuff Burns out in a week Come 2 weeks ago replaced headlight did other stuff. Same day headlight goes out. I call oh it got to be wiring or un other stuff Burns out in a week Come 2 weeks ago replaced headlight did other stuff. Same day headlight goes out. I call oh it got to be wiring or unit replacement you'll need a scheduled appointment for that and they would fix my USB port and 12v port. Go in a week later at 715 am. Sat there til 130 David says they are replacing the light bulb 'YOU' got your fingerprints all over the bulb, you can't do that I gritted my teeth... Really... I say what about the ports What about them... Oh they did them. Get in my truck at 2 ish my ports were not fixed. So David begrudgingly took it back. Pretty pissed off at this point. Asked for Scott. I've lost pay 3 times now for the same light bulb. You all said it needed more than that. Yet you put in another and have the gall to blame me for my fingerprints..when you have replace it twice in 30 days. Now your yanking my chain on replacing a light bulb took 8 freaking hours and then had to pull it back in to do the ports . Ridiculous. Then I pull out and my camera is no longer working. You have cost me 3 days pay and jerked me around. xxxx poor service. You can bet I'll blast the word on every forum. Talk to me like I'm stupid. You somesnnrtd talking to women. Don't think got a second we buy that dumb girl xx. More
