Would not recommend buying online or if you are not local…. I purchased a vehicle from Corwin in March online. I worked with Crystal, she was great in the beginning at getting the paperwork set up, i local…. I purchased a vehicle from Corwin in March online. I worked with Crystal, she was great in the beginning at getting the paperwork set up, inspection done- told me the two issues that needed to be fixed, and confirmed the vehicle would be ready in 1 week. I bought sight unseen and had to fly to Fargo to pick-up this vehicle. I confirmed with her numerous times that the inspection items would be completed and the car ready for pick up on the agreed upon day. Yes. When I arrived in Fargo, again after confirming the day before the vehicle would be ready, the vehicle we indeed NOT ready. She was very disorganized, tried to say the car wasn’t ready after I had just paid for an airline flight to Fargo. The car wasn’t even at the dealership when I got there, nor ready to go. When she showed me the car it had not been detailed- inside or outside, the gas tank was on E, and she said one of the items from the inspection didn’t get fixed due to a delayed part. This delayed my pick-up by almost 3 hrs! The whole point of buying ahead of time is for a quick pick up! However, no problem on the delayed part, they agreed to ship me the part and pay in full for the labor. This did get done with no issues. Great. Two weeks later my mechanic found the second inspection item Corwin claimed they fixed upon pick up was not fixed and no one from Corwin mentioned a thing. I reported it and they again said they would pay for it and requested I send them the estimate. Now, here is where I went wrong and assumed they were using that as budgetary and not actuals. The actual labor and parts were $500 MORE than the estimate but Corwin only paid the estimated cost and now refuse to pay the actuals. So, I am now out $500 for something that should have been taken care of before picking up this vehicle and hours of time wasted due to them being disorganized, not backing their inspections or confirming that vehicle was ready. I am sure they are great to work with locally but I would not recommend buying from Corwin if you are out of the area. Make sure you get proof of inspection if buying a used vehicle from Corwin. It was truly the most ridiculous buying process I have ever seen and I am very disappointed anyone would allow business to be done this way. I should also mention that I went over Crystal’s head to the used car Manager- calls and emails- and no response. More

I have been driving for 40 years and in all that time when it comes to car salespeople I have dealt with, Britany was hands down my favorite and I would look for her again when I make my next purchase. She listened to my wants and did not try to sell me something other than what I was looking for. She knew of a quality vehicle on the lot and presented it along with other options. She took an interest in what she could do for her customer more so than what she could get from the customer. Thanks Britany! Corwin should be happy they have you on staff. More
After all that we went through with having my 2019 Ram air recharge, the manager (I think that is who it was). Text me and said he would investigate it and get back to me. (They had lost my vehicle inside thier shop, told me it would be done by 2:00 pm, called me after hours to tell me that I wouldn’t get it back the same day, and other reasons). Anyway, I ask him for the Dodge regional manager’s name and number. It’s been over a month and haven’t heard any thing from anyone. (Customer satisfaction obviously is not their strong point). With dealers like this, I guess this will be my first and last Dodge truck purchase. More
