Corwin is the best option for us when buying a new or used car. Positive: Derek was an amazing salesman to work with. He went above and beyond CON: I have purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and I have had to jump start it more than 4 times! I brought it in initially to have the nav reset, two days later it was dead. When I call the dealership and talk to service, I am not being heard. What I say is not acknowledged, it gets bypassed and they tell me about my warranty. I looked on the better business bureaus website and not even 6 months ago a couple bought the same vehicle as me and was having the exact same problems. I currently have a $30,000 paper weight sitting in my driveway. More
