The worst! Let me start by saying, if I could give this company a negative star, they would get 4 of them. My wife and purchased a 2014 Jeep from them not long ago, we were initially told by the salesman that it had a limited warranty left on it, so we signed the paperwork, and about 2 hours later and after being approached by 6 different people (I am not kidding), we left. My wife drives the car for kid you not, 5 days, and we are back in the store having something repaired. Remember that limited warranty we were told about, it turned out that the car did not have one after all, just a lie the salesman told us when selling us the vehicle. That was the first return to the dealership for repairs. Another month went by and oh guess what we are back at the dealership for more repairs, only this time they fixed one problem and created another (one that no other mechanic could figure out) so for the third time in less then a year we brought the Jeep back in to have more repair work done. They don’t know what the problem is! They guessed it may be this and later found that it was that. Frustrated by this, we reached out to Chrysler Jeep and made our case, they didn’t care and were not going to do anything. After they figured out what the problem was, they called us and told us we could get the vehicle in and they would take the cost of the diagnostic check ($123.00) off of the cost of the repair, and my wife was even told that she would only have to pay for the part, not the labor (by their head mechanic no less). We had had enough and since Corwins was not willing to do more then refund one diagnostic fee (which remember, they told us they would), we decided to get rid of the Jeep and purchase a new car from a different dealership (best decision ever). Now they are refusing to refund the diagnostic fee, because the mechanic that offered the refund, apparently needs to be paid and that is our responsibility, not Corwins. Crooks! I highly recommend you go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. We wish we had. More

After a little bit of negotiating we were able to come together on a deal. Needless to say I was frustrated and was beginning to doubt the dealership. However this experience renewed my confidence in the dealership, and can say without a doubt that Corwin Dodge definitely cares for their customers. While you may be able to get a better price by driving 200 miles or whatever your thought process is, I highly doubt that you will find a better VALUE for your money. We also have our insurance through Allstate from Corwin and Brad in that department also reviewed our auto and home policies and noticed the previous agent had not put a very important coverage on our homeowners policy. Without him bringing up the sump pump coverage we would have never known we would not have been covered. A huge THANK YOU to everyone involved. More
no accountability Brought in vehicle for tires. Was supposed to receive a call when completed, did not get a call. Job was completed at 4:30. Called Service departmen Brought in vehicle for tires. Was supposed to receive a call when completed, did not get a call. Job was completed at 4:30. Called Service department at 6:30, was told they had no record of my vehicle being in. Service manager called and said he was looking into it and would call back. Was given a ride to the dealership, went in looking for service manager, he had left for the day. Service writer was gone and not answering personal phone. Was able to resolve issue with a different service writer. Found out my service writer didn't enter my information into the system. I have not received a follow up call on my experience, nor do I expect one. I won't be doing business with the service department again, and have advised family and friends to do the same. More

When I dropped it off, I accidentally forgot to grab my ray-ban sunglasses out of my car before leaving it with them. The whole case was missing along with the sunglasses and they pretty much told me "that sucks" when I called to report it. I will never buy from them again or be going back to get service done. More
Terrible service! Please save yourself the stress by either avoiding this place or avoiding dodge products altogether. They literally don't give a crap about people in Please save yourself the stress by either avoiding this place or avoiding dodge products altogether. They literally don't give a crap about people in general (that and the dishonesty). On one occasion they couldn't even put a small panel back on the car because it wasn't a mechanical failure. Funny enough, I went to gateway with my emblem off, and they replaced it. When I mentioned that in my review dodge's survey, the mechanic refused to work on the car the following week because I called him dishonest (maybe be honest?). Don't even assume that just because your car is under warranty you are going to get it repaired. They will make up some excuses about why they can't service your vehicle under warranty. It's a nightmare of a different proportion. And the sad thing is, everyone I bright this story up to has an even terrible story to tell me about how they were treated at this dealership. Update: The service manager called and said he would get back to me, and didn't hear anything back from him. After days of trying to reach him, I think it's a waste of my time. Got rid of the car and I got treated like a human being once I visited gateway Chevrolet. Never going back and everyone I know will surely stay away from this place. Apparently none of the service people show up on the list of name* More
Service or Lack there of I have purchased more than 8 vehicles from Corwin. Their sales staff is great. Their service department is non-existant. They have promised me fo I have purchased more than 8 vehicles from Corwin. Their sales staff is great. Their service department is non-existant. They have promised me for 20 years that they are improving their service department. Not happening. If you have a Chrysler vehicle that you are thinking of taking to Corwin, do yourself a favor and hit yourself on the head and take your car to taco bell. It will be less painful and your car repairs will be the same. You might even be able to talk to someone at taco bell. More
I purchased a 2008 Jeep in early January. I did the research on-line and found the Jeep that I had wanted. All I needed to do was take it for a test drive and negotiate price, a pretty easy sale for th research on-line and found the Jeep that I had wanted. All I needed to do was take it for a test drive and negotiate price, a pretty easy sale for the salesman. One of the tires was low but it was very cold out and marked it up to the cold weather. I was pleased with the test drive and proceeded to make the purchase. Well, about a month after the purchase the same tire was low again. I put air in the tire and I called the salesman and he said to bring it in if it went low again. Well, about a month later it went low again. I brought in the Jeep and they checked the tire. Sure enough... There was a nail in the tire. I told them that they should replace the tire because it was like that when I made the purchase. They said that if you replace one tire you should replace all of them. That would cost me about $600.00! I didn't think that was a fair deal considering I have only owned the Jeep for a little over two months. The least they should do is cut me a deal on replacing the tires. This was their solution... They patched the tire but didn't feel very confident about the patch job because of the way the nail was in the tire. If it goes low again I should give them a call and they'll "see what they can do." Well... That doesn't make me feel very confident or safe in the mean time. I was very shocked that they didn't stand behind their product. I am very disappointed in the managers specifically because they refused to admit that they sold me a Jeep that had a nail in one of the tires. They actually tried to say that it could have been from the wear and tear since the purchase. I drive in town 95% of the time, not much wear and tear! Think twice before buying ANY vehicle at Corwin!!! More
