From the moment we arrived on the lot we were greeted by a friendly and helpful sales consultant who directed us to our sales consultant, L.K. Parker. Mr. Parker, was extremely professional, allowed us all the time we needed for questions, helped us compare trim levels, arranged for us to have an extended test drive, and helped to make the purchasing process as simple as humanly possible. We felt the pricing of our Bronco Sport was very competitive within our region and with his extraordinary effort in making our experience at Corwin Ford as pleasant as he could, it was an easy decision to make the purchase. Crooks in the service dept telling me I needed FIVE different things (over $1000). I just had all five done by a local shop before taking truck in for recall. Never cleared the recall.
