We had a Ford E-350 super duty fully in service ambulance develop a serious problem. Corwin Ford bent over backwards to get our ambulance back in service. Everyone I worked with was amazing. Unimpressed with the diagnostic time. I made an appointment to drop my truck on a Wednesday. They didnt look at it until the following Monday. The diagnostic took 5 days, and they let me know of the cause on Friday at 4p.m. This is a work vehicle that costs me dearly when it's out of service. But I scheduled it so far in advance that I allowed for 1 week of it being out of service. Ended up being 2 weeks, and I had to spend $40k to purchase a used truck to facilitate my work. Very unimpressed with the service technicians and taking 9 days to diagnose a leaking oil cooler. Very poor on the technician's part. More
