Our car was called in for a inspection due to a recall. When it was inspected it apparently passed for the recall. The recall is for trim falling off while driving, and our trim is sticking up and looks li When it was inspected it apparently passed for the recall. We were told our inspection passed because quote the trim won't fly off. We have been waiting for the trim to be fixed for years, but were told to wait on parts. Now there is a recall for the very same thing and they decided they won't fix it. Car is quickly falling apart in many ways. 2016 Ford Explorer, less than 100,000 miles. More
