Took my pickup in for service and 2 new valve stems. Specifically asked for a tire rotation as well (even though it is part of the service). My tires were not rotated. Seems petty, but I was getting uneven tire wear on the front. When I asked about it the service writer said the better tires were supposed to be on the back. I grew up around cars and in a shop, so I know that was a lie to get me out the door. Only saving grace was the other service writer came out to apologize as I was leaving. More

Once they started the work I’d give them 5 stars. Getting them to start is the problem. I talked to 3 different people telling me worst case scenario and that if it was this they wouldn’t be able to Getting them to start is the problem. Every thing looked to be the battery. And guess what it was. I just got the run around of other things. I believe if it were not for me having a friend that works there that knew a guy that had my truck in front of him they would still have my truck. 2 1/2 days later. That is not good service.
