Took my pickup in for service and 2 new valve stems. Specifically asked for a tire rotation as well (even though it is part of the service). My tires were not rotated. Seems petty, but I was getting uneven tire wear on the front. When I asked about it the service writer said the better tires were supposed to be on the back. I grew up around cars and in a shop, so I know that was a lie to get me out the door. Only saving grace was the other service writer came out to apologize as I was leaving. More

Once they started the work I’d give them 5 stars. Getting them to start is the problem. I talked to 3 different people telling me worst case scenario and that if it was this they wouldn’t be able to Getting them to start is the problem. I talked to 3 different people telling me worst case scenario and that if it was this they wouldn’t be able to get to it for 2 weeks. One guy told me he could test the battery but didn’t. Every thing looked to be the battery. And guess what it was. I just got the run around of other things. I believe if it were not for me having a friend that works there that knew a guy that had my truck in front of him they would still have my truck. 2 1/2 days later. That is not good service.
