The service associate who helped me was great. Very polite and tried hard to keep me updated. The overall experience, was terrible though. My car was in the shop for about 3months. The camshaft was out of stock, but the shop didn't search for one from another dealership. After the initial evaluation, I was told my car could be in the shop for an undisclosed amount of time. After being repaired, the serpentine belt broke 2x. Then I got my vehicle home and it started making a loud knocking sound. Tech said there was debris left in the belt well area. Overall, it was a mess. More
