Crooks in the service dept telling me I needed FIVE different things (over $1000). I just had all five done by a local shop before taking truck in for recall. Never cleared the recall. Went through the quick lube line. Got there at 7am and was out by 7:30am .nice clean lounge to have a cup of coffee while you wait. I had an appointment to drop my truck off on a Monday but it wasn't looked at until Wednesday. When the truck was ready on Friday, I failed to look in the back seat. The skid plate was there.
