My vehicle was towed in and I was called on Monday. On Friday they found the problem and would get back to me on Monday with word if extended warranty was going to pay for a new engine. 19 days later On Friday they found the problem and would get back to me on Monday with word if extended warranty was going to pay for a new engine. 19 days later I could finally get ahold of the advisor and he said that the work would be done in 2 days and the warranty would pay for a loaner. So I went for 20 days without a car because no one followed up with me. Inexcusable! More
