I made my appt a month ago and agreed to the 150000 mile maintenance. Expecting that these things would be done and anything above this would be discussed with me. I stead I got a text that there were too m maintenance. Expecting that these things would be done and anything above this would be discussed with me. I stead I got a text that there were too many walkins to get to my car in a timely manner but that they would send me an estimate of work needed. To my surprise the estimate was for the stuff I already agreed to and when I called to express my concern I was told you were overbooked and unable to provide the service I already agreed to a month ago. I was very disappointed in this visit and now I have to find an alternative place that will provide the services I need without giving me excuses. More

I dropped my truck off at 8. I was treated horrible. I came back at 815 and took my truck .Keys were in it in line. I left a message at 830 and 11 and 3.
