Keith never checked up on his associate who helped me and the associate completely dropped the ball. Took a week for me to get a replacement vehicle and while my vehicle was in the shop I asked that another the associate completely dropped the ball. It was not as the issue still exists and I got a recall notice telling me I haven't done it. I've been dealing with the annoyance of my screen recall because I'm dreading my future experience of taking it in to get it fixed. When it should have been already fixed! More
