When I got to the dealer to pick up the truck that we already worked a deal out for I found the damage on the grill and bracing. They tried to take a little off the top (not enough to cover the cost of the repair) but I would only purchase the truck if they would fix it, which was a struggle. When they dropped the truck off I found they only fixed part of the damage! There were no floor mats or mud flaps which were standard on this truck. When I had asked about the history of the truck there was multiple stories from the same sales person, so it sounded shady. This was a Gold Certified Ford product but damaged, missing parts, took hours longer at the dealership then needed, the dealer tried to shaft me on not fixing everything they said they would and low balling me to get it fixed, my salesman was not there to help me. Would never recommend this dealer! More
