Because of this, I came in to the dealership knowing exactly which truck I wanted to go home with. Fabian was fantastic to work with throughout this process. I knew exactly what I wanted, and knew what a fair price was, so I appreciated that I didn't get the typical "car salesman" run around from Fabian. He was very respectful, and worked to arrange a deal that I was happy with. He wasn't pushy or condescending, and when he didn't know the answer to a question, he admitted it. Best Ford Dealer in the Pacific Northwest!! First off Kudos to our salesman Keith Carter. Keith not only took our phone calls after hours at home, but he and his wife drove our new F-150 Platinu First off Kudos to our salesman Keith Carter. Keith not only took our phone calls after hours at home, but he and his wife drove our new F-150 Platinum edition truck down from Pasco to meet us in Aberdeen for delivery. Keith did not play games but got right to the point and the bottom line. I was working with two other dealerships in Seattle before calling Corwin Ford. Both Seattle dealerships were going back and forth, and their prices were much higher than Corwin Fords. We had a great experience with Corwin Ford throughout the whole sales processes. Finance, and Warranty Services were great to work with as well and did not try to pressure us at all (Note: we did not purchase any aftermarket items or a warranty). I highly recommend Corwin Ford to anyone looking for a great experience and price on a new car, even if you are from Seattle like us. I can’t speak for the rest of the sales staff but if you want a salesman that does not play games, goes the extra mile, is honest, will get you a great deal, and treat you right, then ask for Keith. Over several weeks and several potential vehicles, she kept me informed and engaged in the process without ever making me feel pressured. I also felt that she was backed by a management team that supported her, though I did not work as closely with them. I also worked closely with an accessories agent to make a few changes to the stock vehicle. Again it took a couple weeks and numerous questions, research and answers. Again no pressure, just patient support and eventually a winning plan that met my desires. Probably the best experience buying a new vehicle in the last couple decades. More
