In our fifth-wheel package the service department had a package switch over mid way thru and the bed plug didn't get installed but they are getting us in later this month to finish it and will give us a loaner if it takes too long so we can get to our other Tri-Cities appointment that same day. The finance lady was not friendly but everybody else was. My husband loves our new truck. More
