Good car buying experience We used the Costco auto buying program. I signed in and Austin contacted me almost immediately. He sent info to me about the car I wanted. Not quite what we expected Went in for first service on our prepaid service plan. We also asked if we could get a key made that we could hide-a-key on the truck in case we los Went in for first service on our prepaid service plan. The key was $140.00 and does not work....it will open the door and turn in the ignition but does not start the truck... the alarm went off the first two times I tried it but at least it has stopped doing that after the third attempt... My wife was asked if we wanted the car washed and vacuumed when she dropped it off. She said yes. So, we paid for a $140.00 key that does not work and got overlooked on the car washing/vacuum option during the service visit...mildly disappointing because I will need to now schedule time to return to get key functioning More
