Warranty Work not done on time. I was badly treated. The truck was not done on time. A one day job took 2 days. Warranty work is still not done. He did a great job of getting me that truck that other people were eyeing as well. I had a very good experience. I am purchasing a Snug top canopy from them as well. A noticeable difference with Corwin Ford is their selection of great preowned pickup trucks in a variety of trims and price points. If you are looking for a preowned vehicle from a place that treats you like it's a new truck you are buying, go to Corwin. More
Repairs to Truck I had a decent experience purchasing a truck-value $50,000. The truck had some minor damage. Corwin wanted to keep it for a week to do the repairs-val I had a decent experience purchasing a truck-value $50,000. The truck had some minor damage. Corwin wanted to keep it for a week to do the repairs-value of repairs $800.00. When I returned to pick it up the repairs were subpar. My salesman and the manager both looked at it and agreed that it was not done to their standards. I had a quote for the repairs and Corwin agreed to pay for these repairs. However, it's been over 1 year and I've spoken with 2 salesman over the last several months who confirmed payment will by made for these repairs. I have not heard from either and I have not seen a check to date. Unfortunately, I feel this is very poor service (after the sale) and dishonest. This reveals what type of company I'm dealing with. It's not how good you are treated when you're spending the money as how good they treat you AFTER the sale. More

After it was detailed we came back and was introduced to Josh Keller, and Josh took it from there. He was very friendly, and easy to work with, and we felt he was up front and honest with us. No one knew who to contact First time I went to the service department to inquire about an auto start for my 14 F150. The "service" dept said they, their dept did not do that a First time I went to the service department to inquire about an auto start for my 14 F150. The "service" dept said they, their dept did not do that and was unsure of who dealt with that. After 3 or 4 phone calls they sent me to the parts dept. They had no idea what to even look up. I left with NO information after approx. 45 min. At that point I took it to a local repair shop, the owner of the repair shop then called a contact of his at the dealership. He set me up with an appointment for a install of the auto start at the dealership. I took my P/U in on the appropriate day to the service counter as directed. They said that they don't deal with that and sent me to the show room. At the show room two ladies had no idea who, what, where, I must say they did take care of me and I appreciate that they were the only ones that acted like they cared. I gave them the key and left. I received a call in the afternoon to pick it up, I went to the showroom at the counter again since that's where I dropped it off. Different lady there and she had no idea what I was even talking about. after several phone calls she tracked down someone who knew something, that person was gone. After approximately a 30 min wait someone came into the showroom got my keys and handed them to me. I asked him to show me how it works, he did show me that. I then asked him how they hooked it up, was it under the dash? Under the hood? I wanted to see it so I could understand what was done to my P/U. his response was, "I have no idea how they do it". Bottom line is, it was not a pleasant experience at all and I still do not know anything other then what button to push, and it does work so that is a good thing. At this time I would not recommend your dealership to friends or family. More

You have to call them they don’t call you. Had to call multiple times to get an answer of what was wrong with my car. Service was great My truck needed a part that was not going to be available for a month.
