F150 repair/service Had three things done to my vehicle when it was towed in - troubleshoot electrical/fuel delivery system, an oil change, and tranny flush/change. 1600 Had three things done to my vehicle when it was towed in - troubleshoot electrical/fuel delivery system, an oil change, and tranny flush/change. 1600 miles in on a trip found a 2’ diameter patch of oil under my truck. Came down to the oil filter coming loose - have never had that in my 30+ years of changing my own oil. 2100 miles in I’m getting towed again for the same electrical/fuel pump issue. The wiring harness was changed out by corwin, but they claim the fuel pump was within specs. The other shop found a bad fuel pump/relay. Changed it out and been running smooth since. Guys at corwin are nice enough, but I don’t feel you stand behind your work and I have no confidence in it. Sad when Jiffy Lube and Richland Auto have to clean up your issues. I won’t be coming back to corwin for service or if I’m in the market for a new vehicle, and will share with others my experience if asked. Dan Edwards More

I bought an F-350, and Frank knew all the details of the vehicle, the differences between the model years, and highlighted features of the vehicle that might help me make a decision. Frank was engaged and attentive during the whole process, but never pushy. He was never just "trying to sell me a truck", but was a partner in trying to help me "solve my problem", offering me other things to consider. It helped me get the right solution much faster than I would on my own. Do I like the truck? Of course, I do :) More

Friendly and Polite, but average I made an appointment for routine recommended service. I was told that some of the service was not needed (though I was told it was overdue when makin I made an appointment for routine recommended service. I was told that some of the service was not needed (though I was told it was overdue when making the appointment). Other service was recommended, which I agreed to have done. That service and other service done does seem to have improved performance on my car. Two exterior light bulbs were replaced. Three days later, I found one of the light assemblies that was serviced laying on the ground behind my car. I had to find and purchase similar screws to re-install the assembly (I could not return to the dealer immediately, it is 50 miles to the nearest dealer). I also asked for an oil change that does not appear to have happened. The service writer was friendly and polite, I did not see the mechanic. More
