I’ve gone in for routine oil changes and two recalls, and other than the month it took to get a service appointment for the recall work, I have no complaints about the price I’ve paid for non-recall work (although I do think it’s ridiculous to have to replace steering control rods at 73K on a 2012 model vehicle, but that’s on Ford, not the local dealer). I was kept updated as to the progress of the repairs as I was waiting in their customer lounge, and all interactions I’ve had with their service department employees have been professional and courteous. More

I am a little disappointed with the "certified pre-owned", and the repair shop. My Sirius hasn't worked yet since my purchase and my vehicle has been in the repair shop for going on two weeks now..
