What I really like is he avoids the BS salesman bravado, fakery & hard sell. The few times he didn't know something, he said so. He's a genuinely good guy in a profession that draws some peaches. He's got an actual interest in me, not only my wallet. I only gave the dealership 4 stars, as there are some shark type sales guys that always seem to swarm the car when we pull in to look around. I'm sure these guys are hard up for money & just trying to make a living. They act all interested in you, but you can tell they are just interested in your wallet. At least they disburse quickly when they realize I'm working with Alan. More

The dealership could have done a little better.. since we bought a certified pre-owned car we were supposed to receive 2 keys but only received 1, due to the weather the previous owner couldn't make it back to town to drop off the second key. And then when she did, it got thrown into a drawer until the dealership realized that they would have to pay the $300 out of their pocket for our key, so miraculously the key appeared about 2 months later! Not a huge deal, but a little irritating when you have to keep on top of them. More
