Hard to get an appointment in a timely manner. The service writers seem lost. No one ever answers the phone in service just goes to voice-mail and no one ever calls back. Juan is a very kind and helpful employee and has amazing customer service. This is a year in the making for a part Ford no longer makes, it was truly a hard year and I was loosing faith in the Ford brand (t customer service.
