Poor customer service. I had to ask to get explanations on the summary of possible repairs needed. Some proposed repairs had already been done at last service. There were multiple errors within 1 service appointment, and additional damage from the second service appointment. Additionally, 3 of the 5 issues were not resolved within the 2 weeks that Corwin’s service and additional damage from the second service appointment. Additionally, 3 of the 5 issues were not resolved within the 2 weeks that Corwin’s service department had our vehicle. There was a lack of responsibility, communication issues within the workplace, negligence, subpar standards for quality and controls, lack of detail/thoroughness, and an absence of honesty in Corwin’s service department.
